We need someone who can make sure our digital products and platforms work like a charm—keeping things running, supporting our teams, and jumping into projects when new tools or updates roll out. You’ll be the go-to person for tackling tech issues and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping Tabs on IT Gear: Managing all our tech equipment (hardware, software), from keeping inventory in check to getting new stuff set up and working.
- Making Projects Happen: Supporting or leading technical rollouts—whether it’s launching new digital tools or setting up a new office.
- Fixing Things Fast: Offering 2nd-level tech support across different sites and even after hours if something mission-critical pops up.
- Staying Ahead of Problems: Running routine checks and maintenance to stop issues before they start.
- Solving Problems: Taking action when things go sideways, prioritizing fixes, and escalating when needed.
- Helping Hands-On: Training new team members on our tech and setting them up with the tools they need.
- Keeping the Lights On: Spotting risks to critical systems and suggesting solutions to avoid downtime.
- Vendor Wrangler: Coordinating with local and global vendors when we need support or upgrades.

- You know your way around IT service management, hardware/software setups, and keeping systems in tip-top shape.
- You understand the big picture—how tech supports our business and makes people’s work easier.
- You’re organized, great with people, and can keep cool under pressure.
