Synergie Production Operator.

For our client, an international pharma company in Neuchatel, we are looking for a Synergie Production Operator. Your mission will be to carry out certain activities related to the manufacturing process of an active pharamaceutical substance.

• Workplace: Neuchatel
• Workload: 100%
• Shift work: yes, 2x8 shift

Tasks and responsibilities:
 

• Comply with cGMP, BDP and EHS standards
• Carry out routine process activities
• Perform some non-routine activities by following a pre-established documentation Report technical and/or organizational issues
• Propose ideas for continuous improvements
• Escalation of problems encountered

Your profile:
 

• BAC + 2 (biotechnology, chemistry, biology, biochemistry options) or equivalent
• Good knowledge in process support activities on a production line
• Ideally a CF, chemical and pharmaceutical production technologist
• A first successful experience in the pharmaceutical, food or chemical industry with a work in a controlled environment (or in a hospital: laundry, decontamination, cleaning of the premises)
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)
• Strong team spirit
• Knowledge of office pack software (Outlook, Excel, Word) is a plus
• Good verbal and written communication in French (minimum level B2)
• Availability and flexibility
• Sense of organization
• Dynamic and voluntary character
