For our client, a leading international pharmaceutical company, we are currently seeking a KPI Reporting Analyst. 

General Information: 
  • Start date: 01.03.2025 
  • End date: 28.02.2026 
  • Workplace: Zurich 
  • Workload: 100%

Tasks & Responsibilities: 
 
  • Monitore, analyze, and improve the supply chain performance of the SM&O OpU to ensure an efficient, compliant, and resilient supply chain that supports overarching goals and objectives.
  • Develop SC KPI Dashboard and standardized reporting of SC KPI´s within SM&O OpU and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive automatization of standardized KPI reporting to support digitalization of Performance Management within the OpU.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and OpU SC teams support OpU supply chain performance governance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in supply chain activities.

How to contribute:
 
  • Generate automated performance reports and dashboards for SM&O Management.
  • Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations.
  • Ensure effective communication of performance data and improvement plans across departments.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for supply chain staff.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement among the team.

Required skills:
 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in supply chain management ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluent in English.
