Main Responsibilities

As a part of the Global Planning team, you will support the Supply Network planning and inventory optimization processes from supply sources to Primary Hubs. You will support the Supply Network Planners in their daily jobs by generating daily and weekly reporting, supporting MDD to MDR transition and standardizing current processes. Focus will be on supporting the standardization of STEM (Short Term Escalation Management), S&OP and MDR Transition to help the team to reach the highest level of performance.

  • Assist the supply closed loop process adaptability to enable supply communication through translating the information between the demand and supply
  • Support the strategic collaboration and operating model with cross-functional partners
  • Monitor distribution center inventory optimization and improve inventory visibility
  • Monitor performance metrics (Backorders, OTIF, Sets deployment, Inventory targets, Order Management, etc.)
  • Support Process Improvement initiatives via STEM and S&OP Workstreams
  • Contribute to Standardization of Planning tools
  • Support the monthly Demand & Supply Reconciliation S&OP forums
  • Support SNP Teams with MDR Related Processes
  • Proactively anticipate Supply and Demand Gaps related to MDR Projects
  • Ensure clear and consistent MDR Signal Propagation to Jabil Sites via harmonized processes
  • Act as a Super User to support proper system Set-ups and highlight potential gaps to appropriate teams
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the organization by using effective communication and presentation skills
