The Global Logistics Specialist TPA is responsible for the orders collection & creation, the delivery note creation, the forecasts collection and analyses for the 3rd parties' customers from Global Sales organization covered by Global Customer Service Logistics teams (UCB Farchim SA, UCB Pharma SA, UCB Pharma GmbH).


As a specialist, he / she takes over additional responsibilities for the external collaboration with key customers and on different projects. He / She also leads projects within the supply chain to optimize processes and improve business. He / She is the reference person for different topics and to train team members.

Key responsibilities:

Customer Coordination & Relationship Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding supply chain activities.
  • Lead monthly customer meetings and foster strong, proactive relationships to address needs and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements in supply chain processes for key accounts.

Order & Supply Management

  • Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Monitor sales orders, shipments, and stock levels to prevent supply disruptions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics) to ensure timely deliveries.

Forecasting & Demand Planning

  • Collect and analyze customer forecasts to align short-term and long-term supply needs.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy by integrating market trends and historical data.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation in line with country-specific regulations.
  • Participate in product launches and oversee related supply chain requirements.
