Purpose of the Position

Working closely with functions such as Logistics, Operations, and Finance, the Digitalization Lead focuses on process optimization, system integration (including ERP), and fostering adoption of new tools. This position is essential for ensuring process efficiency and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Needs Analysis and Process Design
- Collaborate with business units and process owners to analyze current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and gather functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed specifications for configuring and enhancing information systems.
- Partner with stakeholders to document current processes, design future workflows, and align them with the organization’s digital transformation strategy.
2. End-to-End Process Optimization
- Drive process optimization through automation, system integration, and redundancy reduction.
- Conduct feasibility and impact analyses for proposed process changes.
- Support the implementation of process standards and monitor integration across business units.
- Work with technology teams to develop solutions aligned with the digitalization roadmap.
3. Digital Transformation Implementation
- Collaborate with process owners to design and refine cross-functional workflows, incorporating best practices and automation.
- Develop and test end-to-end processes in test environments to ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Work closely with project managers, technology teams, and consultants to deliver successful system implementations.
4. Change Management and User Support
- Lead change initiatives, supporting teams in adopting new systems and processes.
- Assist in the development of training materials and communication plans to ensure smooth transitions.
- Gather user feedback to improve the usability and adoption of digital tools.
5. Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to report on process performance, adoption, and user satisfaction.
- Promote continuous improvement by sharing insights and refining workflows based on feedback.

- Experience in cross-functional environments, particularly in standard end-to-end processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash).
- Proven track record in ERP development and deployment from a business perspective.
- Exposure to low-tech environments or frugal innovation is a plus.
People Management Responsibilities
