Administrative Compliance Specialist (M/F).

UCB has a fantastic new opportunity in the Medical Affairs department. Reporting to the Medical Governance Lead Alps, you will be responsible of the transparency project within the Alps aera (CH and Austria) . The recruited person will be in contact business departments in the Alps region. The recruited person will also manage training in the area in order to insure proper Onboarding and Audit/Inspection readiness. You will be autonomous in your work and should be able to have an agile mind to integrate the business (Many people working elsewhere).

Your Mission:

• Implement, maintain and optimize Transparency process;
• Responsible for the yearly transparency disclosure in Alps area;
• End-user and communications support;
• Contact with Authorities in Alps area as well as internal and external stakeholders;
• Main contact and act as the Training coordinator for the whole Alps area;
• Business Administrator role for promotion/medical materials repository system;
• Driving and optimizing on digitalization projects on Local and Global level.

This is a 1 year contract with a clear possibility of extension.
