SoC Design and Development Manager.

As a SoC Design and Development Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of SoC development, from design and testing to volume production. You will lead a talented team and collaborate across departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality products within schedule and budget constraints.

Your Role:

• Drive the development of methodologies for efficient and effective SoC design, including analog, RF, digital, and software integration.
• Implement and maintain robust design and testing processes in coordination with quality teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams such as EDA & DevOps, digital physical design, and custom layout to achieve organizational objectives.
• Define and manage the IP roadmap, resources, and platforms for diverse product lines.
• Coordinate project schedules across competing priorities and ensure timely delivery.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop your team to meet the challenges of a competitive industry.
• Conduct design reviews, resolve complex design challenges, and drive continuous performance improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven leader with 10+ years of experience in SoC and mixed-signal design, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in mixed-signal/RF SoC development and industrialization, with a successful track record in volume production.
• Solid knowledge of hardware and software project management, including Agile methodologies. Project management certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with automotive core tools (e.g., FMEA, APQP/PPAP) and Zero Defect Strategies is highly valued.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and align teams.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
