Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Tech Transfer Project Manager for a leading pharmaceutical company. The selected candidate will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between global process teams and local units, ensuring seamless project execution, effective communication, and alignment across all stakeholders.

 

? Location: Switzerland (Neuchâtel or Zurich)

? Contract Duration: 01/04/2025 - 02/02/2028 (via Randstad)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Project Manager for Tech Transfer, coordinating activities between the Global Process Owner and local teams.
  • Ensure smooth project execution, facilitating communication and managing escalations.
  • Develop and track global project timelines, ensuring alignment with the Tech Transfer strategy.
  • Provide clear visibility on short- and mid-term deliverables.
  • Define and monitor Sending Unit (SU) activity plans, establishing KPIs and resource allocation.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate training activities at the Receiving Unit (RU) and ensure training readiness.
  • Organize and lead regular project review and technical meetings with global teams.
  • Support project status reporting to senior leadership.

 

Qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Strong experience in Project/Program Management, particularly in Tech Transfer and CMC (preferably Large Molecule).
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment.
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, MS360).
  • PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex technical information concisely to stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-driven, capable of working autonomously.
  • Cultural openness and adaptability, comfortable working in a multicultural setting and handling ambiguity.

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel to Brazil for project-related activities.
  • Fluent in English (business level).
  • French or Portuguese proficiency is an advantage.
