Location: Bulle, Switzerland

Activity rate : 100%

Type of contract: Temporary contract

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 31.12.2025 (with a potential extension)

Reporting to the Medical Governance Lead Alps, you will be responsible of the Transparency project within the Alps aera (Switzerland and Austria). The recruited person will be in contact with business departments in the Alps region. He/she will also manage training in this area in order to ensure proper onboarding and audit/inspection readiness

Key responsibilities:

  • Transparency Lead Role:
    • Implement, maintain and optimize Transparency process
    • Responsible for the yearly transparency disclosure in Alps Area
    • Responsible for the yearly transparency training in Alps Area
    • Contact with Authorities in Alps Area and with internal and external stakeholders
  • Material Clearance
    • Source Clear Business Administrator Role
    • Implement and improve material clearance process
    • End-user support and Communications
  • Project Management
    • Drive and participate in optimization and digitalization projects on Local/EU/Global level
    • Facilitate and maintains internal and external partnerships/collaborations
    • Coordinate Medical Operations related audits and documentation handling
  • Training Governance
    • Act as Training Coordinator in Alps, including following tasks:
      • Coordinate update of curricula and SOPs
      • Manage Training plan Assignments
      • Point of contact for training related questions
      • Manage training data request for audit and inspections

  • qualifiche

    What will make you successful:

    • Diploma in an administrative field, with experience in data collection, KPI development, and contract analysis
    • Proficient in databases, skilled at identifying discrepancies, and confident with tools like MS Office and PDF software
    • Fluent in English and at least one other language (German or French); able to collaborate with non-English-speaking stakeholders
    • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Independent, dependable, and persistent, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
    • Team player who can work autonomously and adapt quickly to a dynamic, distributed work environment
