Legal secretary 100% (H/F)

Your responsibilities:

Undertake general secretarial tasks within the Sports Law Group of the firm, which include:

  • Handling correspondence with clients, authorities, and opposing parties.
  • Organizing and preparing case files.
  • Managing phone calls.
  • Maintaining the attorney's calendar and scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the attorney.
  • Assisting with administrative and organizational tasks for the attorney.
  • Handling invoices and expenses.
  • Recording billable time for the attorney.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of organized files, including copies of all documents and correspondence.
