Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Monitore, analyze, and improve the supply chain performance of the SM&O OpU to ensure an efficient, compliant, and resilient supply chain that supports overarching goals and objectives.
- Develop SC KPI Dashboard and standardized reporting of SC KPI´s within SM&O OpU and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive automatization of standardized KPI reporting to support digitalization of Performance Management within the OpU.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and OpU SC teams support OpU supply chain performance governance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in supply chain activities.
How to contribute:
- Generate automated performance reports and dashboards for SM&O Management.
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations.
- Ensure effective communication of performance data and improvement plans across departments.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for supply chain staff.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement among the team.
Required skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in supply chain management ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluent in English.
