For one of our clients, a global leading contract manufacturer for medical devices, we are looking for a Microelectronics Business Development Manager - DACH region.
(Need to be fluent in German & English, French is a plus)
Your Tasks:
As Microelectronics Business Development Manager - DACH region, you will play a key role in developing strategic partnerships and establishing relationships with appropriate Customers. Your main tasks will include:
Act as the primary liaison, representing the customer's voice within the company.
Monitor customer strategies and needs
Oversee and coordinate all customer-related RFQ (Request for Quotation) activities.
Address P&L concerns in collaboration with the company' plants and the customer.
Grow the customer’s business, contributing to annual budget planning.
Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, SCM) and program managers to align efforts around the customer.
Dedicate approximately 50% of your time to prospecting and networking to develop new market opportunities.
Secure new clients and markets that align with the company’s capabilities, driving top-line growth.
Present compelling value propositions to new prospects, winning significant new opportunities.
Build trusted relationships across all levels of prospective organizations, including C-level executives.
Your Profile:
Master’s degree in Engineering with experience in the electronics / healthcare industry.
Minimum 5 years experience in microelectronics products
Proven B2B sales experience, demonstrating consistent success in closing deals.
Customer-centric, positive attitude with strong listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, organized, and able to manage cross-functional efforts through influence.
Strong internal and external communication skills.
Results-oriented, with a track record of driving top-line growth and contributing to EBITDA.
Fluent in German and English; French would be a plus
Willingness to travel frequently (minimum 50% travel).
