For our client, an international leading energy services company specializing in maintenance and high-voltage systems, we are seeking a Country Managing Director (m/f/d) 100% to spearhead business development in Switzerland.

Responsibilities:
  • Expand the business beyond low voltage maintenance, leveraging the existing customer base
  • Grow services in engineering, high voltage maintenance, and refurbishment/extension activities
  • Lead the establishment of a local team, initially supported by the French team

  • Lead the establishment of a local team, initially supported by the French team

  • qualifiche

    • Strong business development experience, ideally in the Swiss energy market
    • Proven leadership skills and the ability to build and manage a team
    • Degree in Engineering
    • Knowledge of high voltage technology and electrical machines
    • Fluent in French/English or German/English
