      For one of our client, a global pharmaceutical company, based in Canton of Vaud, we are looking for a Medical Science Liaison - Oncology (MSL). 


      (Fluency in English & French, B2 German required) 



      Your Tasks: 

      As Medical Science Liaison, you will act as a scientific expert, engaging with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to exchange insights, support medical strategy.

      You will play a critical role in bridging scientific expertise with clinical practice, ensuring the latest developments benefit both the medical community and patients.

       
      • Develop and maintain strong peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals. 
      • Provide scientific and clinical expertise to support discussions on treatment landscapes, unmet medical needs, and product advancements.
      • Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to align on strategy and ensure scientific accuracy in communications.
      • Support the development and execution of medical plans, advisory boards, and congress activities.


      Your Profile:
      • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, although an advanced degree (MD or PhD) is preferred.
      • 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
      • In-depth knowledge of oncology and the Swiss legal and regulatory landscape.
      • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with KOLs and cross-functional teams.
      • Experience in scientific event planning, advisory boards, or clinical study support is a plus.
      • Fluency in French & English, very good knowledge in German, Italian is a plus. 
      • Willing to travel extensively.
