Are you a seasoned Business Analyst ready to make a significant impact on a new international project? Randstad Digital Switzerland is seeking a talented consultant to join us for a dynamic 3-month contract!
About the Role:
Join our team and play a crucial role in the setup phase of our client's CR-EMS and Agent IS projects. As a Business Analyst, you'll be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless project execution. You'll work closely with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), project managers, and architects to define and document critical business requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Conduct engaging workshops with business SMEs and stakeholders to meticulously gather and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Documentation Excellence: Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and meticulously document them in Confluence and Jira.
- RFI/RFP Support: Contribute to the development of Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to evaluate solution feasibility.
- Architectural Collaboration: Partner with solution and enterprise architects to ensure perfect alignment between business requirements and technical solution designs.
- Vendor Clarity: Produce clear, concise documentation for potential vendors participating in the RFP process.
- Time Zone Flexibility: Primarily working remotely within the CET time zone, with the option for on-site work at our client's Madrid premises.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a complex project environment.
- Strong ability to facilitate workshops and gather detailed requirements.
- Expertise in creating comprehensive BRDs and documenting in Confluence and Jira.
- Experience with RFI/RFP processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and pro-actively.
- Availability to start preferably in April 2025.
- Ability to work in the CET time zone.
