As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide high quality & proactive support to a strategic department.


As an Administrative Assistant, your role will be to:

  • Support a variety of administrative activities specific to your working area and be the 1st contact for all orientation needs
  • Responsible for managing and updating the relevant outlook distribution lists according to the team/LM needs
  • Responsible for editing reports, reviews and presentations for team members
  • Review operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditure and conduct appropriate changes.
  • Handle routine correspondence, short notes or other documents, using word processing, spreadsheets, database or presentation software
  • Prepare and communicate meeting agendas. Organize meeting rooms accordingly for participants.
  • Organize logistic and set up external or internal workshops / events / seminars.
  • Prepare and follow up of expenses reports.
  • Create and track P2P process (PR/PO/SES).

  • Experience working with collaborative tools: MS Teams, Zoom etc.
  • ISIT savvy, very good command of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), SAP & Concur
  • Fluency in English
