Our client is a leading Swiss company specializing in the development and implementation of large-scale battery storage systems and sustainable energy solutions. Their mission is to provide comprehensive energy systems and management services, contributing actively to the energy transition.
Location: Full-time Remote/Home Office (with bi-weekly meetings in St-Gallen)
Workload: 60-100%
Your Role:
As a Technical Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and evaluating potential sites for energy projects, particularly large-scale battery storage systems, in Western Switzerland and surrounding regions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Site Research: Identifying suitable locations for the development of large-scale battery storage systems and other energy projects.
- Pre-Evaluation: Conducting initial assessments to determine the feasibility of potential project sites.
- Initial Contact: Engaging with landowners, local authorities, and other stakeholders to initiate discussions and gather necessary information.
- Project Handover: Compiling and presenting site evaluations to project developers for further action.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assisting project developers and managers with administrative tasks related to project development.
- Language Assistance: Supporting French-language communications within the project team.
- Website Maintenance: Updating and maintaining French content on the company website.
