  • As a solid discussion partner, you dive deep into the customer's business, think proactively about talent opportunities, and offer the right Randstad Professionals services. Your ultimate goal is to create a perfect match between talents and clients
  • Your involvement doesn't stop with clients. You also support talents and peers, understanding what drives them and advising on their personal development within the engineering field
  • You play a crucial role in the smooth running of the HR cycle, ensuring that everyone you work with feels supported and valued
