  • Your typical day includes attracting new customers and creating opportunities. You're in your element when it comes to sales and networking. The thrill of attracting new customers and securing assignments is what drives you
  • You work with a talent-driven approach, constantly on the lookout for new opportunities.
  • Regular attendance at networking events and expert group meetings is a key part of your strategy to expand your relationship network
  • You have your finger on the pulse of the engineering market, identifying trends and understanding the critical questions clients face
  • As a solid discussion partner, you dive deep into the customer's business, think proactively about talent opportunities, and offer the right Randstad Professionals services. Your ultimate goal is to create a perfect match between talents and clients
  • Your involvement doesn't stop with clients. You also support talents and peers, understanding what drives them and advising on their personal development within the engineering field
  • You play a crucial role in the smooth running of the HR cycle, ensuring that everyone you work with feels supported and valued

  • qualifications

    what we ask for:


    • You have a university degree, ideally in business/commercial area

    • You have a relevant work experience within recruitment and selection

    • A network in the fields of engineering, real estate or construction field is a strong advantage

    • You speak fluent English and German

    • As a natural networker, you connect (potential) clients and professionals with ease

    • You are a charismatic discussion partner with a customer-oriented attitude

    • Driven by sales and results, you know how to successfully enter and thrive in a specific market

    • You are highly communicative, with strong influencing and presentation skills
