For our client, an international company based in Zürich, we are looking for a Project Planning & Controls Specialist (m/w/d).

General Information:
  • Location: Zürich
  • Contract: Contracting
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 11 months
  • Working Hours: 100%


Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient and accurate input of customer orders into order management system
  • Prepare and send timely order confirmations and commercial contracts to customers
  • Proactively track status of each customer orders, coordinating and pushing internal stakeholders to guarantee the confirmed delivery date to customer
  • Inform customer in case of deviations to current plan
  • Coordinate our export team to guarantee deliveries to customers are organised in accordance to confirmed delivery date
  • You will follow up on payment status with customers to limit overdue
  • Organise and supervise factory acceptances test, performed with the participation of the client
  • Collaborate closely with other teams/departments to solve any additional requirements from the customer and to improve current internal processes
  • Prepare/analyse current performances and provide results to management


Your Qualifications :
  • Ideally, at least 3 years of experience in a relevant role
  • Experience in fulfilment processes, whether in an industrial or non-industrial setting, is beneficial
  • Experience with SAP is highly preferable
  • Solid Experience with MS Package is also highly preferable
  • Experience in Power BI is a plus
  • Team player yet ability to work independently
  • Languages: English mandatory / German proficiency is a plus
