Tasks:

Lead and execute medium-sized customer projects and internal projects, ensuring compliance
Project planning and technical detailing of gas-insulated switchgear, including preparation of all necessary documents for orders, fabrication, assembly, and customers.
Discuss and align technical solutions with customers and internal stakeholders.
Manage all technical communication channels, both internally and externally.
Oversee project execution and material procurement, including necessary configuration.
Take responsibility for project costs, deadlines, and scope of delivery.
Develop solutions for quality cases and improve processes.
Provide technical support for the project until on-site assembly is completed.

Requirements:

University degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Proficiency in CAD systems, particularly in 3D and 2D AutoCAD.
Independent, structured, and autonomous working style.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills for technical discussions with customers.
Good command of written and spoken English; German is beneficial.
Certified Project Manager or PMP® certification from the Project Management Institute, or IPMA Level C/D certification.
Minimum of three years of experience managing projects of varying sizes and complexities.
