We are looking for an HR Generalist to support business leaders and employees across Corporate, Global Functions, and R&D. This is a hands-on role requiring adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Advise managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Support talent management initiatives, including learning & development, succession planning, and employee growth programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and company policies while mitigating legal risks.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition teams to attract, retain, and reward top talent.
  • Maintain HR data accuracy and provide relevant metrics to support business decisions.
  • Work closely with HR Operations and Payroll to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
  • Develop and maintain HR documentation, policies, and internal communications.
 

Profile:

  • Federal Diploma in Human Resources (Personalfachfrau/-mann) or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience in Switzerland.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security regulations.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Business-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
  • Digital proficiency and experience with HR process optimization.
