We are currently looking for a Expert Global Product Supply Planning for our client Merck in Eysins for a period of 24 months.

Your role:

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Global Supply Planning Expert for our Cardiovascular portfolio.

In this key role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end production and supply chain of finished products, drug substances, and semi-finished products, ensuring their availability for patients worldwide. Your efforts will directly contribute to the health of our patients, while supporting the company’s revenue growth.

You will take the lead in developing and executing supply plans that align with both global business objectives and local market demands, while considering the requirements of internal and external manufacturing sites.

Collaborating closely with demand planning teams, you will manage inventory levels and replenish stocks to maintain optimal supply, ensuring full compliance with both local and global standards.

As the central point of contact between local and global teams, you’ll drive cross-functional collaboration, tackling supply chain challenges and unlocking opportunities for improvement.

Using your expertise, you will analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency gains and risk mitigation for and propose actionable solutions to elevate supply chain performance.

You’ll also play an essential role in preparing and presenting insightful reports to management, focusing on key performance indicators that enable data-driven decisions. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and execution of strategies for new product launches and product line extensions, ensuring smooth, timely execution.

 

Who you are:

  • University degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, APICS cetification desired.
  • Able to work with Supply Chain systems and tools (e.g., JDA/BY and SAP knowledge).
  • Ability to work under pressure and balance priorities, good communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and present clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization.
  • A quick learner, who is flexible to changes, highly motivate and autonomous.
  • Fluent in English, any other language is an asset.
  • Team player able to work in matrix organization.
