Diploma qualified Surgical Technician (80% - 100%)

We are actively seeking for highly motivated and skilled surgical technician to join our clients dynamic operating room teams. We aim to fill this crucial roles as quickly as possible and look forward to reviewing your application. Talented people who are looking for a new challenge in this field in Switzerland (cross-border talents) are very welcome.

Tasks
  • Instrumentation for all surgical procedures.
  • Assuming the role of circulating nurse during surgical interventions.
  • Professional preparation of surgical instruments, equipment, and machinery.
  • Monitoring and caring for patients under local anesthesia during procedures.
  • Performing service recording and surgical documentation.
  • Contributing to process optimization within the operating room.

Skills
  • Completed training as a Surgical Technician, OR Technician, or further education as a Nurse with a specialization in the operating room or adequate, comparable training if you want to work as a crossborder talent
  • Professional experience can be proven
  • Flexibility and willingness to work night and weekend shifts on a regular basis.
  • Strong service orientation and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Keen interest in continuous professional development.
  • To get your diploma recognised in Switzerland by Red Cross, you need German or French at B2 level with a certificate. We also offer you cost sharing here
