We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Composite/Laminator Technician to join our clients dynamic team, a hidden champion and a rapidly growing high-tech company. Our clients firm leads in industries such as aerospace, autonomous technologies, racing, and uses innovative approaches to push the boundaries of what's possible with future materials.

Location: Aargau, Switzerland

Job Type: Full-Time

Your Role:

  1. Produce composite parts using fiber materials in the prepreg process.

  2. Laminate and lay-up of components and tools according to technical drawings.

  3. Prepare vacuum setups and molds for autoclave cycles.

  4. Tooling preparation and post-processing.

  • qualifications

    Who We Are Looking For:

    • Certified in a relevant field such as technical model making, woodworking, furniture making, or boat building.

    • At least 3 years of professional experience in composites.

    • Proficiency in reading technical drawings.

    • Strong command of the German language, both written and spoken. English is a big plus.

    • A team player who is flexible, resilient, and possesses manual dexterity along with meticulous, efficient, and independent work habits.
