As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide high quality & proactive support to a strategic department.
As an Administrative Assistant, your role will be to:
- Support a variety of administrative activities specific to your working area and be the 1st contact for all orientation needs
- Responsible for managing and updating the relevant outlook distribution lists according to the team/LM needs
- Responsible for editing reports, reviews and presentations for team members
- Review operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditure and conduct appropriate changes.
- Handle routine correspondence, short notes or other documents, using word processing, spreadsheets, database or presentation software
- Prepare and communicate meeting agendas. Organize meeting rooms accordingly for participants.
- Organize logistic and set up external or internal workshops / events / seminars.
- Prepare and follow up of expenses reports.
- Create and track P2P process (PR/PO/SES).
