For 12 years, Randstad has been surveying Swiss employees once a year about their work situation and needs in their job. With insights into the market like these, companies can do more than just strengthen their employer brand. Based on 16 criteria, the participants assess the attractiveness of the 150 largest companies in the country. Employees are not asked about their own employer, but only evaluate other companies. This results in an annual ranking of the most attractive employers in Switzerland.
