We are currently seeking a Technician/Senior Technician in Analytical Sciences for one of our clients in Canton of Aargau.
This is a temporary contract for 3 months (extension possible)

Your responsibilities:
Analyzing vitamins, carotenoids, and impurities in various matrices (food, forms, premixes) using established chromatographic methods.
Validating analytical methods for quantifying carotenoids in forms, premixes, feed, or food applications.
Supporting continuous improvement of existing methods.
Taking initiative and implementing new solutions to speed up, miniaturize, and automate sample preparation and analytical workflows.
Qualifying, calibrating, and maintaining analytical laboratory equipment.
Evaluating and documenting performed work and results.
Delivering in a cross-functional, highly dynamic innovation environment.
Your profile:
Completed training as a laboratory technician.
Track record in HPLC-UV is mandatory, LC-MS/MS analysis is nice to have
?English or German fluent, both would be a plus
Knowledge in feed/food sample work up and/or quantification of small molecules (e.g. vitamins, carotenoids, or other natural products) is a plus
Knowledge with computerized lab environment (i.e. LIMS, electronic lab notebook, scientific databases, CDS) would be an asset
Open-minded team player with flexibility to work in different innovation projects or laboratory teams
