We are recruiting for a multinational tech company that is looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to join their team in the Zurich office, Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical support for Merchant API migration to top priority customers

  • Provide high touch technical support with strategic clients to facilitate the migration from the Content API for Shopping to the Merchant API for large, strategic, complex partners and Google advertisers via proactive outreach to internal and external stakeholders and reactive support via emails and ad-hoc meetings. 
  • Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, educate partners and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
  • Design support solutions to complex customer challenges and recognize patterns that can be reused by other Partners.
  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of Partners with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with Business Development, Product Managers and Partner Operations Managers to upgrade top clients’ integration and make tools requests required to improve processes and performance.

Pre-migration project management : 

  • Partner with the Partner Engineering team to design support process (example : standard operating procedure (SOP)) and internal knowledge base

  • Test the Merchant API to identify some gaps in the documentation and improve on-boarding processes

Product and Operations excellence

  • Documentation : Review and improve internal and external documentation to scale technical support and reduce cost of support. 
  • Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
  • Identify, drive, and optimize growth for new business opportunities by leveraging data and Google technologies
  • Analyze data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage in community contributions to improve Internal knowledge 

 

Skill/Experience/Education

  • Mandatory Experience working with APIs - Customer Facing experience - Coding Experience.
