Nestlé Nutrition is looking for a strategic and highly organized Social Media Manager to coordinate and optimize our global social, creator, and community efforts across the FamilyNes brand. This role sits within the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and serves as a critical link between zone teams, brand teams, and group marketing, ensuring social media excellence across all platforms.
While this role will support the ongoing rebranding efforts for FamilyNes, it is also a long-term strategic role focused on social media coordination, governance, partnerships, and brand collaboration beyond the transition.
The ideal candidate has experience managing global or multi-market social media, understands platform and community trends, and can work cross-functionally with brand teams, agencies, and external partners to elevate Nestlé’s presence on social.
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination of global social media efforts across zones and brand teams ensuring alignment, brand consistency and coherent social media governance
- Work with stakeholders to implement best practices, guidelines, and platform policies across market
- Coordinate creator and community initiatives for FamilyNes, ensuring global consistency and effectiveness
- Partner with brand teams to activate creator strategies and leverage local influencer partnerships where relevant
- Manage global partnerships with GWI, Sprinklr, and CreatorIQ, ensuring these tools are effectively leveraged across the SBU
- Act as the primary contact for global social media partnerships, working with external partners to drive insights, reporting, and efficiencies
- Support zone and brand teams when needed to ensure brand-aligned messaging and visual consistency. Additionally, ensure ad-hoc support to brand teams for editorial calendars, content frameworks and publishing workflows
- Support the ongoing rebranding of Baby&Me to FamilyNes by ensuring smooth transitions across social media platforms
- Act as the liaison with Meta and platform partners to resolve rebranding-related challenges
Profile
- Experience in global social media coordination
- 5+ years of experience managing social media operations (preferably across multiple regions or markets)
- Experience working in FMCG or nutrition/health-related industries, familiarity with global social media governance and compliance frameworks
- Previous experience managing partnerships with social media vendors and tool providers
- A natural connector & collaborator, comfortable working across global, zone, and brand teams, ensuring smooth coordination and implementation
- Strategically minded with a strong understanding of how social media fits into the broader marketing and brand strategy. Data-driven and detail-oriented, in-depth analysis of social media performance and creator data to make strategic decisions
- Tech & tools proficient; experience with Sprinklr, CreatorIQ, QWI or similar social media management and analytics platforms is a plus
- Fluency in English required, any additional language is a plus!
