For our client, a renowned international pharmaceutical company based in Solothurn, we are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Support professional to join the team as:


Senior Financial Specialist - 100%

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting
    Support the budgeting and forecasting activities for the site. Monitor and report on monthly business performance against budgets and forecasts. Identify and analyze variances, and communicate potential risks effectively.

  • Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End Close
    Assist with the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate accounting and classification of costs.

  • Capital Spending Process
    Support the capital spending process, including month-end accruals and capital forecasts. Collaborate with the Engineering department to monitor and execute the capital forecasts.

  • Vendor Management
    Ensure effective financial vendor management by closely working with key suppliers to monitor spending and ensure compliance with all requirements.

  • Other Duties
    Perform additional finance-related tasks as required, supporting global initiatives and liaising with other departments.
