We are looking for a Marketing Specialist/Expert to join a leading biopharma company dedicated to developing innovative medicines and solutions for people living with severe diseases in immunology and neurology. The team, based in the Alps region (Austria & Switzerland), is committed to making a meaningful impact on the epilepsy and rare disease communities by improving patient health outcomes.
Adapt and implement the EU and regional strategy for epilepsy and rare diseases in alignment with local leadership.
Develop tailored marketing solutions across various channels.
Manage marketing campaigns using digital, print, and event platforms.
Build, monitor, and track the implementation of marketing strategies using KPIs to measure their value and impact.
Support the team in developing the local integrated strategic plan for epilepsy and rare diseases.
Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
Strong knowledge in rare diseases
Strong communication skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a multicultural team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and an interest in digital tools (experience with Veeva is a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (native) and English.
Passionate about making a positive impact on patients' lives and aligned with the company's core values.
This is a 100% remote role, with occasional travel required throughout the year.
