For our estimated client, an international company in the tourism sector, we are looking for and Quality control employee.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quality Control Department (90%) :
Support the build up of the Quality Control department
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department
- Collect & read various feedback sources; guest surveys and cruise reports
- Identify relevant feedback for Quality Control (QC) processing
- Enter data into QC logs, update/analysis of statistics;
- Liaise & follow up with ship management team
- Develop plans and solutions to tackle issues, mitigate risks, and improve general processes
- Provide structured ad constructive feedback
Cruise Director Management (10%)
- Administrative support:
- Contracting
- Updating systems
- Liaising with Cruise Directors
