For a global biopharmaceutical company specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of allergies through the development and marketing of products in allergen immunotherapy, we are looking for a Medical Field Manager (part-time role 60%)
 

Responsibilities 

  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with medical professionals in Switzerland
  • Conveying in-depth scientific and medical information (clinical data, publications, etc.) according to the needs of the medical professionals in one-on-one meetings or at scientific gatherings
  • Editing scientific information material in Switzerland and supporting the marketing manager in creating scientifically accurate material
  • Assisting in handling inquiries about medical information
  • Identifying local medical strategic gaps in alignment with the company strategy
  • Proactively developing, implementing, and following up on medical action plans for Switzerland, in close collaboration with the Head of Medical Affairs for the DACH region
  • Moderating and/or actively participating in meetings with expert groups, round tables, etc.
  • Acting as the local contact for global medical affairs functions
  • Supporting the submission of registration applications and, if necessary, discussions with local authorities (Scientific Advice, etc.)
  • Identifying local study centers
  • Contributing to the development and follow-up of company-conducted scientific studies and supporting global clinical operations
  • Providing scientific support and medical training for the local team
  • Actively participating in regional and national congresses/events



Profile

  • University degree in Medicine/Pharmacy or a related scientific field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the field of allergology/immunology/dermatology
  • Ideally, experience in the AIT market and/or with Swiss medical professionals Enthusiastic and goal-oriented
  • Patient-centered
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with good training skills
  • Proficient in IT tools, especially the Office package
  • Structured and analytical approach
  • Very good language skills in German, French, and English
