Begleitung des gesamten Employee Life Cycles, von der Rekrutierung über das Onboarding bis hin zum Austritt
Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Fragen
Unterstützung bei Weiterbildungsmassnahmen und Talentförderung
Mitwirkung an standortübergreifenden Projekten und Implementierung von Gruppenrichtlinien
Leitung des Empfangsteams mit zwei Mitarbeitenden sowie Verantwortung für infrastrukturelle und organisatorische Abläufe
