We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Junior IT Onsite Support Specialist to play an important role in the deployment and scaling of modern workplace technologies. This position is ideal for someone at the beginning of their IT career, eager to work with the latest IT hardware and conferencing solution Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR). The ideal candidate will actively participate in modernizing user workplaces and meeting rooms, while providing support to improve the overall user experience. You will also have an opportunity to collaborate closely with other Onsite Support team members to contribute to daily operational tasks as needed. This role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels, including top management. In case of issues with the mentioned technologies, you will act as the face of the service, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. This role requires the ability to move hardware pieces and walk frequently between workspaces in the office.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the onboarding and rollout of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) technology at scale across Switzerland.
  • Replace traditional user workplaces with new curved monitors, ensuring smooth transitions and user satisfaction.
  • Provide support to enhance how user workplaces are managed and maintained.
  • Share your experience and insights with other international locations eager to implement Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
  • Ensure meeting rooms and user workplaces function seamlessly by resolving issues and improving the overall IT experience. Secondary Responsibilities (as time allows):
  • Assist the Onsite Support team in daily operational activities, such as:  
    • Staging and configuring laptops for deployment.   
    • Providing in-person support to users visiting the onsite IT team.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware or software issues for end-users.
