Your Role:

• Project Management: Support medium construction projects, providing your expertise to ensure success.
• Key Contact: Act as the go-to person for partners and external engineering firms regarding HVAC-related matters.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee compliance with quality standards during all phases of construction, from initial planning to final acceptance.
• Concept Development: Develop innovative concepts to maintain and enhance the value of our building technology systems.
• Smaller Conversions: Plan and execute smaller conversion projects within the HLKKS department.
• Commissioning Support: Collaborate with the maintenance team for the technical acceptance, commissioning, and documentation of completed systems.

Your Profile:

• Educational Background: Completed training as a Building Services Engineer or Technician/ Ingenieur:in Gebäudetechnik or Gebäudetechniker:in HF
• Experience: Several years of planning and project experience in building technology/HLKKS
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Work Style: Structured, solution-oriented, communicative, and a team player.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic CAD (AutoCAD). A positive and assertive personality completes your profile.
