We are seeking a highly skilled Executive HR ERP Design and Implementation Lead to oversee and execute the HR workstream of a transformative ERP system implementation. In this pivotal role, you will lead the pre-implementation and design phases, ensuring HR processes align seamlessly with organizational goals of modernization, compliance, and operational excellence.
As a key player in this project, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize HR functionalities, and ensure the effective integration of HR modules into the ERP system. Your Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the ERP HR workstream, focusing on pre-implementation and system design.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design efficient HR processes that align with organizational objectives and comply with regulatory standards.
Facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders, refine workflows, and address gaps.
Partner with technical teams to configure the ERP system to support key HR processes while minimizing customizations.
Lead the selection and validation of ERP functionalities, presenting options and recommendations to senior management.
Oversee HR system data migration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless transition from the current to the new HR ERP system
Develop and manage project timelines, benefits realization plans, and risk management strategies.
Document new processes and provide training to facilitate smooth adoption of the ERP system.
Required Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience in managing and improving ERP services within a complex, international environment in a HR context.
Proven track record in senior ERP design, implementation or project management roles, including managing teams.
Demonstrated experience in ERP HR module implementation (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Workday, PeopleSoft).
Strong ability to translate HR business requirements into technical specifications.
Proficiency in HR data analysis, reporting, and visualization to inform decision-making.
Desirable Skills:
Proven experience in organizational change management, particularly in large, unionized settings.
Expertise in user training, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies.
Experience in developing business process documentation and troubleshooting HR system issues.
HRIS configuration expertise and the ability to address technical challenges.
