For a well established independent Bank in expansion with the Fixed Income Desk based on bond market we are now recruiting on exclusive mandate a:

Fixed Income Salesperson/Broker

The successful candidate will join the existing institutional Fixed Income team and will be expected to complement and build on the desk's client base and product offering in the financial institutions sector.

Key Responibilities:

  • Sales and trading fixed income instruments;
  • Coverage of institutional fixed income investor base;
  • Trade idea generation;
  • Assisting desk build out of product and client base.

  • qualifications

    Profile

    • Experience of 3 years in corporate/ financial/sovereign fixed income sales;
    • Previous experience in Brokerage companies
    • Strong knowledge of the credit markets;
    • Strong existing client relationships and networking;
    • Good track record of revenue generation and international contest (work in other countries external Switzerland should be a plus - Italy and Spanish excluded).
    • Willing to move to Switzerland (mandatory)

    Soft skills

    • Motivated;
    • Action oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of work;
    • Target and sales oriented.

    We offer a very familiar environment, we manage an interesting volume in asset

    salary (fix + bonus commission).

    Candidates should possess a Swiss/EU/EFTA Passport.

    Open to home working and flexibility for resident people.
