Aufgaben:

Organisation und Leitung von Grossbaustellen mit Blick auf Termine, Qualität und Sicherheit.
Führung des Montage-Teams auf der Baustelle.
Koordination von Material und Werkzeug in Abstimmung mit dem Baufortschritt.
Führen des Baujournals und Unterstützung bei Abnahmen sowie der Einweisung von Kunden.
Beratung der Kundschaft in technischen Fragen.

qualifications
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroinstallateur EFZ oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Berufserfahrung in der Elektroinstallation, idealerweise in Grossprojekten.
- Wünschenswert ist eine Weiterbildung zum Elektro-Sicherheitsberater oder Elektro-Teamleiter (bzw. die Bereitschaft dazu).
- Führungskompetenz, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit.
- Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen.
- PKW-Führerschein (Kategorie B).
