Tasks
  • Instrumentation for all surgical procedures.
  • Assuming the role of circulating nurse during surgical interventions.
  • Professional preparation of surgical instruments, equipment, and machinery.
  • Monitoring and caring for patients under local anesthesia during procedures.
  • Performing service recording and surgical documentation.
  • Contributing to process optimization within the operating room.

Skills
  • Completed training as a Surgical Technician, OR Technician, or further education as a Nurse with a specialization in the operating room or adequate, comparable training if you want to work as a crossborder talent
  • Professional experience can be proven
  • Flexibility and willingness to work night and weekend shifts on a regular basis.
  • Strong service orientation and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Keen interest in continuous professional development.
  • To get your diploma recognised in Switzerland by Red Cross, you need German or French at B2 level with a certificate. We also offer you cost sharing here
