We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis Nurse to join our clients healthcare team. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing specialized care to patients with kidney disease. You will be responsible for operating dialysis equipment, monitoring patient health during treatment, and educating patients about their condition. Key Responsibilities:


  1. Perform dialysis treatments for patients with chronic and acute kidney disease.

  2. Operate and monitor dialysis machines, ensuring proper setup and breakdown after each session.

  3. Assess patient vital signs and health status before, during, and after dialysis sessions.

  4. Administer medications as prescribed and manage potential complications during treatment.

  5. Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, dietary restrictions, and ongoing care.

  6. Collaborate with doctors, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.

  7. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment details in compliance with healthcare regulations.

  8. Assist with the onboarding and training of new nursing staff.
