Your responsibilities:
Responsible for the effective coordination of the material (components) until his release to production, including the following steps: planning/purchasing, delivering on time the right quantity at the right place, receiving prioritization, quality clearance, in order to continuously supply the production needs without any interruption or shortage.
Prepares purchase orders for raw material, components, and related items according to procedures.
Takes appropriate action in resolving discrepancies in order quantity, price and seeks corrective action on late deliveries.
Responsible for the relationship with the supplier in case of non-conformity related to components including: RTV, Credit Note request.
If needed, ability to plan a manufacturing line linked or not to the material purchased.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Data reporting skills through MS-Excel (or equivalent).
2 years of relevant experience
Fluent in French and English
Desirable: Green Belt six-sigma or lean certification. APICS certification.
Strong organization skills and an aptitude for planning. Accuracy with attention to detail.
Proactive approach.
Able to work with limited supervision.
Proficient user of MS Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
Can drive continuous process improvements. Ability to translate complex situations into simple working solutions.
