We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workforce Planning Consultant to join a project team. The
project develops and implements software application & processes to support operational workforce
planning. The Workforce Planning Consultant will collaborate with end-users and senior stakeholders to define the
required process and software enhancements needed to enable company-wide adoption. They will also work as part of
the team to develop, test and roll out agreed changes. Other responsibilities will include delivering training,
creating documentation, end user support and involvement in transitioning the software to business as usual (BAU)
operations. The Workforce Planning Consultant will report to the Head Strategic People Planning & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with end-users and senior stakeholders to define required process and software changes.
  • Work as part of the Fidelity project team to develop, test and roll out agreed changes.
  • Define and document business processes.
  • Create training materials and deliver training to end users.
  • Create product documentation.
  • Provide support to end users.
  • Help drive successful transition to business as usual (BAU) operations.


Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate across multiple stakeholder groups, facilitate effective prioritization and reach agree shared
  • solutions.
  • Understanding of operational workforce management and strategic workforce planning.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time & tasks effectively.
  • Good understanding of agile ways of working.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field.
  • Professional certifications in business analysis, HR or related fields.
