Associate Category Manager (m/f)

The specified area of responsibility includes:

Supporting the development and implementation of category strategies
Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
Collaborating with suppliers to optimize the product portfolio and procurement
Conducting competitive analysis and performance reviews
Monitoring and analyzing sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies
Developing recommendations to improve product placement and promotion
Participating in supplier negotiations and supporting the purchasing team
Working with marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth operations

qualifications
We are looking for the following profile:
- Completed studies in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in category management, purchasing, or sales, ideally in retail or consumer goods
- Strong analytical skills and experience with large data sets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and results-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mentality and the ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of analysis tools is an advantage
- Native English speaker
