Join our team as an Analytical Project Manager and help drive the success of innovative molecules from early-stage development to commercialization!

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Analytical Leads to streamline processes and support product launches.
Track actions and assist senior managers in achieving program objectives through effective project scheduling and coordination.
Monitor project progress, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and report status to senior management.
Facilitate team meetings, identify improvements, and assist in risk management.
Prepare shipment documentation and enhance project communications with stakeholders.

qualifications
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Experience in biotech or biopharmaceuticals, with a focus on analytical chemistry for new biological entities (NBEs & ADCs).
- Minimum 1 year of project management experience; PMO certification is a plus.
- Proficient in English, with intermediate skills in Italian and/or French.
- Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business acumen to identify improvement opportunities.
