Randstad Award celebrates 5-year anniversary
On April 25, 2018, Randstad will be honoring the most attractive employer in Switzerland with the Randstad Award for the fifth consecutive year. This year’s winning company will be revealed at an awards ceremony and an exclusive networking event at “Aura” in Zurich.
What do applicants really look for in a new employer? What impels employees to stay in their job or to leave the company? And which company do the Swiss rate as the most attractive employer? These questions are explored in the Employer Branding Study and answered at the Randstad Award Night.
New winner
In the last five years, one company has won the award three times: Google Switzerland. It's already clear that in 2018 there will be a new winner, as the rules state that a company can only win the award three times in a five-year period. The winner of this year's award will be announced on April 25.
The Randstad Award - recognition and incentive
The Randstad Award is an award presented annually to the company with the best employer image. It recognizes the care that the winner has for its brand. However, the prize is also intended to motivate all companies to work continuously and intensely on their image as attractive employers.
Background information on employer branding
As part of an international Employer Brand Research survey, potential employees between the ages of 18 and 65 were asked about the attractiveness of the 150 largest companies in their country. This ultimately identified the most attractive employer in Switzerland, who will be presented with the Randstad Award at the exclusive networking event. The study provides comprehensive findings on employer branding and helps companies to understand how they are perceived as employers.
