About the study
The Randstad Award is presented annually in 32 countries to the most attractive employer. The results are based on the representative, independent Randstad Employer Brand Study. In Switzerland, around 5’000 employees, job seekers and students were surveyed this year. The respondents did not assess their own employer. The results reflect the perceived employer attractiveness of the 150 largest companies that are known to at least 10% of the population.
The survey was conducted by the research companies Kantar and Evaluserv between December 2023 and January 2024.
