Our global program allows over 38,000 Randstad employees to do eight hours of charity work per year during their normal working hours.

In 2018, we founded Randstad With Heart, a global online community that helps our employees get involved with social issues that are important to them. To support this mission, each year Randstad employees can take a paid volunteer day in order to support one of Randstad's partner organizations or a cause that they are personally passionate about.
